The Kirk Centre Board of Directors sets the strategic direction for the non-profit and ensures there are sufficient resources to accomplish the Centre’s objectives and goals. It also sets the ethical, legal, and financial management policies, and selects and supports Kirk Centre’s Executive Director who is responsible for operational planning and delivery.

Board members commit to meeting once a month and reviewing any materials and documents as necessary to make the meetings efficient and fruitful. They also attend our Annual General Meeting in June and engage with other organizations to meet the needs of the communities surrounding Kirk Centre.​
