In this second class in a series of four,  Chef Madan will teach you how to prepare Gaeng Khiao wan Gai (Thai Green Chicken Curry) and Coconut Rice. Students have the opportunity to be hands on in making these delicious dishes. They also get to take home the recipe and some of the food that was made that evening.
